Terms for the 1999 Corvette - 2003 & 2005 Harley Davidson Motorcycle: The last and highest successful bidder will be required to place $1,000.00 deposit (Bank Card) on these items at the end of the Online Auction. The balance will be paid in full at the time title and transfer of ownership can be completed (within 5 to 7 days).
Buyers Premium: A buyers premium of 10% will be added to the final bid price. Adding the final bid and the buyers premium together establishes the sales price of the personal property sold.

Any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction will automatically extend the end time for a period of 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:05. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT: Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC requires a $1.00 registration deposit by Credit Card prior to bidding in order to participate in any auction. The $1.00 is NOT CHARGED, it is a deposit that is held by your Credit Card Company up to 7 days. The $1.00 is charged only if you make purchases during an auction. If you do not make a purchase, you will not be charged. This is a separate transaction and will have no charges against your account. This however may show up as a pending transaction on your account. This is an Industry Standard Practice among Internet Auctions.

A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total invoice if a credit or debit card is used for payment. A credit card is required to register to bid at this auction. However, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC personnel do not have access to the credit card information. An invoice can only be created for lots you actually win. Failure to provide a valid credit card number or to make a timely correction to incorrect information may result in bidders being forbidden from bidding at future auctions with this company and all companies in the Bidwrangler or WaveBid system.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC will deliver to the local UPS Store ( 10 pound limitt ) for a fee of $5.00 for each Lot # or item paid in full by Cash or Bank Check cleared bank and Bank Card has cleared processing. The Buyer must have a account with UPS and have made arrangements for UPS Store to receive items to package and ship to their choice of locations. The local UPS Store has offer this service.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
