REGISTRATION DEPOSIT: Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC requires a $1.00 registration deposit by Credit Card prior to bidding in order to participate in any auction. The $1.00 is NOT CHARGED, it is a deposit that is held by your Credit Card Company up to 7 days. The $1.00 is charged only if you make purchases during an auction. If you do not make a purchase, you will not be charged. This is a separate transaction and will have no charges against your account. This however may show up as a pending transaction on your account. This is an Industry Standard Practice among Internet Auctions.

Terms: Cash, in state Check (with proper ID), or Credit Card payment is required for auction pick up. A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total invoice if a credit or debit card is used for payment. A credit card is required to register to bid at this auction. However, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC personnel do not have access to the credit card information. An invoice can only be created for lots you actually win. Failure to provide a valid credit card number or to make a timely correction to incorrect information may result in bidders being forbidden from bidding at future auctions with this company and all companies in the Bidwrangler or WaveBid system.


Taxes: 6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the contract price unless a valid Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. Please provide any Tax Exemption during the registration process.

Pickup and Removal Date will be Friday, May 31, Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2, 2019,1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: There No Shipping options offered for this Auction.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.

This online and on site auction is a CASH SALE not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, or further inspections of any kind, as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding. Bidders are encouraged to perform on-site inspections of the property prior to bidding. However, failure to do so in no way relieve the buyer of any of the terms or conditions set forth here.

BIDDER VERIFICATION: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, fitness, etc. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the web site, you must obey any and all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges.

AUCTION BIDDER DEFAULT: Any dispute between Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be submitted to arbitration in Warren County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

AGENCY: Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC Agents and Representatives are agents of the seller. Buyers and/or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co.
